Aviation & Aerospace

Al Nasriyah is currently sponsoring and developing an international “greenfield” airport project to provide a much needed cargo and passenger hub for an underserved region in the Middle East.  We have assembled an international consortium of EPC contractors and airport consultants for the design, construction and operation of this airport.

In addition to our airport development project, our senior management team has significant international expertise in the aviation and aerospace industry.  The transactions in which Al Nasriyah’s management team have been involved cover a broad range of transactions spanning the globe and include the following:

  • Acquisition of a major European airline.
  • Financing of commercial and VIP aircraft.
  • Operation of a Boeing licensed VIP aircraft design, engineering and completion center.
  • Airport hangar design and construction projects in the Middle East and Africa.
  • Airport hangar lease negotiations in North America.
  • Airport hangar redevelopment project in North America.
  • Structuring joint venture with national airline in North Africa.

We align ourselves closely with airport owners/investors to deliver the results which maximize shareholder returns. We look at the entire airport project, and work to develop profitable synergies throughout its many interdependent business activities.
Our focus is to create wealth for airport owners and investors, by managing airports efficiently, safely, and to the highest international standards demanded by passengers, airlines, government, and other stakeholders.
